Apples picked in September are stored between +0.5°c and 1.2°c in cold rooms, in Ultra Low Oxygen. This process consists in removing the oxygen of rooms chambers to slow down the maturation of the fruit. No treatment is made post-harvest.

Our storage capacity covers our whole production, which enable us to master the preservation of our fruits. This stage is essential to guarantee the quality and the freshness of our products throughout a season.
